Squat 240
Bench 165
Deadlift 285

Squats are getting very heavy. I came pretty close to failing on the last rep of each set. Gonna go back on the milk and see if that helps continue pushing, although I might be approaching a reset.

Bench is heavy but I think I've got a little bit more in me. Deadlifts similar... I feel like I'll at least be able to lift 295, although repping out MIGHT be a problem...
