Here is the 90 day plan I wrote up last week, yesterday Sunday 7/29 was the first day of the second week, feeling pretty good, energy has kicked back in, and i've lost about 7lbs as of 7/30.

Since im measuring my progress every two weeks (weight & pic comparison) I will post those then.

Anyway, this is simply a framework which you can alter to your liking - but seems to working so far!

90 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE:
EAT CLEAN FOR 90 DAYS
STARTS: SUNDAY JULY 21ST 2013
ENDS: OCTOBER 19TH 2013
RULES:
WEEK 1: CARB FREE
SHOP EVERY 2 WEEKS (SUNDAY)
MEASURE PROGRESS EVERY 2 WEEKS (SUNDAY)
YOU MUST COOK EVERY 2 WEEKS (SUNDAY)
“RESET” MEAL EVERY 2 WEEKS (SUNDAY)
CARBS ONLY POST WORKOUT AND IN FORM OF SHAKE “CARBS – SHAKE –
AFTER – WORKOUT”
SHOP/MEASURE/COOK/”RESET”DAYS: SUNDAY AUGUST 4TH SUNDAY AUGUST
18TH SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1ST SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 15TH SUNDAY SEPTEMBER
29TH SUNDAY OCTOBER 13TH
NUTRITION PLAN:
MEAL 1: 2 EGGS 2 PIECES OF BACON
MEAL 2: PROTEIN BAR
MEAL 3: PROTEIN & VEGGIES
MEAL 4: PROTEIN & VEGGIES
MEAL 5 (POST WORKOUT): PROTEIN SHAKE – 2 CUPS ALMOND MILK, BANANA,
PROTEIN POWDER, 2 TBS PEANUT BUTTER
MEAL 6: PROTEIN POWDER
TOTAL APPROX QUANTITY OF ITEMS NEEDED:
90 BANANAS = 2 WEEK SIZE = 14 BANANAS
7 JARS OF PEANUT BUTTER = 2 WEEK SIZE = 1 JAR
23 HALF GALLONS OF ALMOND MILK = 2 WEEK SIZE = 4 HALF GALLONS
180 EGGS, 180 PIECES OF BACON = 2 WEEK SIZE = 28 EGGS, 28 PIECES OF
BACON
90 PROTEIN BARS = 2 WEEK SIZE = 14 PROTEIN BARS
3 MONTHS SUPPLY PROTEIN POWDER = 2 WEEK SIZE = 1 MONTH SUPPLY
45 PORTIONS OF CHICKEN = 2 WEEK SIZE = 14 PORTIONS OF CHICKEN
45 PORTIONS OF BEEF = 2 WEEK SIZE 14 PORTIONS OF BEEF
