Hi Everyone,

Sorry ive missed the past few days, lots going on.

I was worried about my lack of weight loss the last two weeks but am happy to report im down another 5lbs with a noticeable gain in energy, stamina, and strength which supports the theory that im gaining muscle and losing fat.

I am now 230# down from 245# 6 weeks ago 1/3 of my weight loss goal.

I think by Christmas my goal is still within my reach, but will require continued focus, drive, and commitment.

In the past 3 weeks of been going to Crossfit 5-6 days per week and ill need to continue that as well as fine-tune my nutrition.
