Alright!

Time to get cracking. I'm already up 5lbs, but that's not really too worrisome. I want to get back to eating clean, but I think I will try to ease into increasing my calorie intake because I think the first couple weeks of starting strength are probably going to be a little light.

1) 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, pepper, onion 12PM
2) protein shake 2:30
3) piece of oat bread, slice swiss, turkey 6PM
