Thursday 8/22
Not a bad day today. Did a little bit of movement during work today but not much. Otherwise i feel good about today
Breakfast: Cereal with berries
Snack 1: POPCORN & some berries
Lunch: 1 piece whole wheat bread, 1 tbs natural pb, 1 tbs jelly
Snack 2: finished the berries i brought, cheese string
Snack 3: Banana
Dinner: UNSURE! Pretty sure were going to make some salmon, and probably finish the leftover rice and broccoli
workout: insanity cardio recovery - it was a recovery day but i feel like im more flexible
