Progress this week
I certainly tried to eat better - very little snacking and healthy portions. So I am back to where I started before vacation. But i haven't worked out for 2 days and am working from home - where I have so far only walked 300 steps! If i had commuted this morning I would have been at at least 2000 by now! So I am going to do an exercise dvd aty noon and try to get my activity level up...
