Squat 260
Bench 170
DL 305x4

Squats felt real heavy, but I banged them out. Hopefully I'll be in a better mood come wednesday and will have eaten more, etc. Bench seemed easier than last time, hopefully that means there's a good chunk of development left before I have to reset. I'd love to get my bench up to 225 and over.

DLs I missed a rep, the first four were like hell each time. I just was hungry and not mentally prepared. I think I can probably try for a 5lb increase next time and bang it out as long as I eat well beforehand and go in pumped.
