SO took a couple extra "days off" as it were, as I'm still trying to figure out what to do next. I think I should currently try to hold some sort of maintenance diet where I don't restrict myself but also aim to eat healthy throughout the day.
1) 3/4 cup oatmeal, 4pc canadian bacon
