What up folks. Back after a nice departure from the grind for a bit.

Currently planning to try and get back on clean food but increase quantity.

1) 3/4 cup oatmeal, 6pc canadian bacon 11:30AM
2) turkey sandwich with swiss on whole wheat, carrots 2PM
3) protein shake 4:15PM
4) chicken, broccoli 6:45
5) veal ragout sandwich 10PM
