Really want to break out of this plateau. I think the key is doing an hour of cardio a day. Now that I'm almost done with the show, I think it's definitely doable by the end of April.

1) 3/4 cup oatmeal, 4pc canadian bacon, handful blueberries 11AM

Ugh, long story short, I went way off diet today. More news tomorrow, right now I'm just super tired.

Meal 1: half an apple, 4 eggs with 1 slice cheese on 2 pieces whole wheat
Meal 2: easter brunch - not great eating, gonna limit what I have for today. muffalatta, bacon-wrapped dates, pasta with cheese, devilled eggs
Meal 3: low fat chicken salad on pumpernickel
