Well, if yesterday's hardcore workout gained me anything, that cheat meal got rid of it.

7mm/7.3% (12mm)

Fortunately another 5 or so days of hard cardio will probably make some progress before I eat another cheat meal. Also, I think maybe next time I might just have some pizza, not get too carried away. Or maybe sunday morning pancakes with bacon!

1) 3/4 cup oatmeal, 2pc canadian bacon, 1 whole egg 11:30AM
2) turkey burger, salad 2PM
3) turkey chili 4:45PM

Sorry I haven't been posting. It was our music festival this weekend and I didn't workout or eat well at all. I'm going to be fairly strict about my diet for the next few weeks and get some good workouts in.

Sounds sweet. I'm still trying to be really on target for a few more weeks and then possibly switch over to bulking. I'm close to how I want to look, but not quite there.
