Cheating today. I guess it's not really justified, but I'm tired and have plans to make burgers tonight with Matt Cohn and I really wanted a bagel when I got up.

Great night last night, drank a lot of beer and not a lot of cheating... didn't want to eat once I started drinking but I had a Kaashi bar and some black bean and corn salad, so that's not too bad. I drunkenly bought a Qdoba burrito that I proceeded to throw around, take two bites of before throwing out. Lots of beer involved though, all lite.
Unfortunately my skin is still loose and I bet after I lose 10 lbs it might just be the same... maybe it's a time issue. But I think that's bullshit since I've been at ~180 for almost a year now. I guess I'll keep zigzagging till something happens, but I won't make judgments until I'm at 180 again.
My roommate stepped on my laptop though and there are black lines covering the screen that are slowly spreading. It's hard to see.
Meal 1: 1.5 servings of frosted mini wheats, 1.5 servings fiber one regular with skim.
Workout
Meal 2: 2 scoops protein, Kaashi bar, chicken salad on wheat
Meal 3: 2 bullseyes (whole wheat) with 1 slice cheese
Beer
Meal 4: 2 natures valley bars
Workout

Seated extensions 125/140/155/170/155 leg press - plate 16

Barbell lunges 50/60/70/80/70 lying curls 12 (plus 2.5 lbs)
