Drank a lot last night and fucked up by binging hard at the end on some bad food. Weight ballooned. It's a good thing today's my maintenance day... going to have a cheat meal (hot chicken) soon and then eat well the rest of the day, since I'm not working out.

Meal 1: 3 eggs with 1 slice cheese on whole wheat
Whooo binge - lots of ribs, biscuits, mac n cheese, beans
