forgot to take body fat

I think I'm still a little shaken up by reading the wealth of info at bodybuilding.com, but I'm gonna continue with what I've been doing until I have a better plan formulated.

1) 1/2 cup oatmeal, 4pc canadian bacon 10:30AM
2) egg white wrap with peppers, WW 2PM
3) salad with chicken and egg 4:30PM
4) other half of salad 6:40PM
5) more chicken salad 8:45PM
6) and again 12:30AM

CFWUx3
-no situps, nopullups
subbed 45lb db swings
11 regular HSPUs, rest modified

LATE NIGHT CARDIO BLAST

Kind of a shitty cardio session, I only made it about 17min at 5.5 then decided to switch over to a sprint interval ladder, which was somewhat half-assed in that I kinda let myself have shorter sprints and longer rests. I don't have an excuse for this one, I just need to be better next time.
