Alright, sorry I missed yesterday, Matt. I need to get better about adapting to non-standard things that crop up in my life, otherwise I'll never be able to get anywhere. I had a good weekend but I stayed over in the city and I let it affect my diet and exercise in a major way. Fortunately, Chris says he's going to be back and posting today so hopefully that will help bring everyone back on track, myself included.

I woke up late today but I should still be able to fit in appropriate meals at the appropriate times and get a workout in later in the day after I work with Ryan.

CFWUx3
-no back extensions, no squats
-upped to 20 pushups 20 situps
-no added skills for today

As Rx'd (34 steps for 100ft)
18:19

1) 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2pc canadian bacon, pepper, onion, and a banana 12PM
2) chicken fajita mix 2:30PM
3) grilled + fajita chicken, broccoli 6:30PM
4) same as above 10:30PM
