Went down in BF again today, ironically just as I was thinking to myself about how I wasn't sure the daily hour of cardio was doing enough and I might have to do double cardio to break through. On the other hand, I'm not sure I really want to go down to like 2-3% body fat. Part of me thinks that if I'm concerned with appearance, I might be better served bulking up a bit before cutting back down. Ideas? I might try to get a picture up later.

1) 3/4 cup oatmeal, 4pc sliced ham, grapes, green tea 9:30AM
2) protein shake 1PM
3) half egg white/pepper wrap on WW, turkey miniburger, broccoli
4) salad w/ tuna, 1/2 lemon juice, tbsp EVOO

-no skills today, had to get back in time for an appointment

I don't think it's healthy to be down that far... I mean, bodybuilders only go under 5% for their competitions. I'd say you're probably at a good place.

Drank a lot of beer last night. But I won't be doing anything until beach week because of tests and going home. Hopefully I'll be good on the diet until next Wednesday.
