mid-belly: 13mm

I think the more important measurement is going to become my mid-belly measurement, because its still a healthy 13mm. That's the chunk that needs to disappear to see my abs. So, I'll be recording it as well.

Excited for a nice cheat meal, although I'm a little tired. Enjoyed my cardio last night, though.

1) 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3pc canadian bacon, onion, tomatoes 9:30AM
2) cheese slice, bbq slice, 3/4 of a chicken roll, large diet coke, latte, 3 bites of a classy coffee terminator sunday, coffee w/ lots of sugar and skim milk, devil's food cupcake from crumbs 1PM
3) slice meatloaf, carrots 7PM
4) pork quesadilla, amber dos equis, strawberry margarita, some chips/guac 9ish
5) baileys, makers rocks, bud light, gin & soda 11-1AM
6) double quarter pounder large meal w/ sprite 3AM
