Well, we'll see what happens after my workout today, but my weight stayed up there and in fact even increased a little more, so... gotta be careful. There also appears to be a REAL barrier at the 9.5% level. Gonna go back to BTFFTM and see what kind of strategies I might need to be using. Probably upping cardio. I can go up to an hour per session, probably, and also increase intensity. Hard work! But, that's what I came for.

CFWUx3
- no pullups or dips
+ pullup ladder (up to 8 and back down)
+ dip ladder (up to 9 and back down)
+ handstand work (hold for 5 seconds)

workout as Rx'd
Did 2 rounds in the afternoon, then 3 rounds later at night. Stopped the first time because my knee tendons were twinging, but I probably could've and should've pushed through. Got max of maybe 6 DUs, 15 box jumps, 7 or 8 swings.

Meal 1: 3 eggs, whole wheat bagel with lite cream cheese
Meal 2: 2 bullseyes on whole wheat, 2 more eggs
Meal 3: chicken breast, pine nut tabbouleh, grilled yellow squash, roasted red pepper hummus
