I think if I continue as planned I'll get the abs I want, and then I can add muscle from there. Running a bit low, weight-wise, though.

Man, reading the bodybuilding.com forums has totally shaken my faith in what I'm doing. Not that it's WRONG... just that there is so much information out there, and so much to digest. I think the key is to not let it shake me from my plans unless I have faith in a new plan that will better serve my needs. I thoroughly recommend checking them out, though, there's a lot to look into.

1) 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3pc canadian bacon, pepper, onion 10:45AM
2) chicken curry 1:15PM
3) turkey miniburgers, broccoli 3:45PM
4) chicken curry 6:15PM
5) salad w/ turkey burger 9PM
6) almonds, swiss 12:30PM
