Not too bad of a workout coming up today. I think I'll probably need to kick things into high gear to bust through this 9.5%, though.

Cardio Blast:
40 min run around the neighborhood, moderate pace. Kept the run going the whole time, though, no stopping. Started to get REALLY cold, especially my hands, by the end of it.

1) 3/4 cup oatmeal, 4pc canadian bacon, blueberries, green tea 10AM
2) chicken kebab, banana, grapes 1:30PM
3) chicken salad, balsamic vinegar 4PM
4) chicken kebabs 6:30PM
5) grilled chicken, broccoli 9PM
6) meatloaf, carrots 11PM

Cooked up some meatloaf and tomato chicken curry. Should have food enough for the weekend, at least, possibly even through leaving for boca.

Other news... made some packs in a DE today, then lost 6 tickets in another, so that's kind of split. I feel like even though I'm eating correctly and working out with added cardio, I'm not currently PUSHING towards progress. I think it's something you can FEEL. When your body adapts to the food and the exercise, you just don't get the same gains. The crossfit philosophy is to constantly challenge your body so you never get stuck. The question is, how? I want to continue doing the WODs and I think I have a ways to go before they're not gonna do the trick, but perhaps it's time to switch my cardio over to HIIT for a bit since I've been doing a bunch of sustained cardio recently. Maybe a good tabata on the elliptical tomorrow after the shit-ton of pullups.

Meal 1: bowl of raisin bran with skim, 4 eggs 1 slice cheese 2 pieces pumpernickel with small amount butter
Meal 2: grilled chicken, roasted veggies, quinoa pilaf, bean and pepper salad

Meal 1: 1/2 cup organic granola in 2% milk w/ banana
Meal 2: Roasted Cashews
Meal 3: Mini Burger w/ mixed veggis
Meal 4: Mixed Nuts and 1/2 cup of mixed fresh fruit
Meal 5: Grilled chicken w/ broccoli onions peppers
Meal 6: Broiled chicken w/ rosemary garlic olive oil, small salad, and side veggis

Workout:

Crossfit WUx3

WOD:

This move is tough to execute, tried going up to 135 but failed to do it properly.

From there is dropped back down to 95 and did the following reps:

95 for 3 reps
115 for 2 reps
125 for 2 reps
