Tuesday, August 20
Hello.
So, I did not go to the gym yesterday. I'm looking to go this evening with Matt.
Much of this plays into my general inertia: I usually seek to get away with doing as little as is possible.

So far, meals yesterday were bad, and today is not off to a good start.
Meal 1: 2 eggs, bacon, bagel
Meal 2: bacon, steak, cheese, ranch sauce on hero, 2 diet cokes
Snack: 2 fudge pops
Meal 3: flank steak, fennel salad, beer, 2 fudge pops
Workout:
Squat 135x5x3
Press 95x5x3
Power Clean 55x3x5
Not proud to have to record my eating, but the guilt is probably a good thing.

Busy Tuesday
Well still feeling low on energy and under the weather yesterday. I was running around at work ALL day. I had to move furniture for hours and was basically on my feet from 10am-8pm which I guess is good because I didn't have the chance to work out. AND i met SHAQ !
Meal 1: Bowl of cereal with blueberries and strawberries
Snack 1pm: 100 cal skinnypop
Snack 3pm: Apple & String Cheese
Dinner: Ribs, cornbread, mac and cheese (a lot of m&c), coleslaw -- so clearly not a healthy dinner in anyway but i was starving and had no energy at this point so I didn't even care
Dessert: I had a few spoonfuls of a chocolate Ralphs italian ice
Snack 12am: After coming back from my friends i was getting kinda hungry and still very exhausted so i had one of the ravioli's
