Saturday, August 18
One of the favorite days of the week - 2 hours of intense exercise which will have to carry me over for those days in the week that I can't make the time! I actually don't love the workouts as much as the feeling when it is over...

As indicated yesterday, once I fall off the wagon, I tend to stay off until I put in a concerted effort to improve. Part of the problem is that I tend to feel very bad about myself when I make a diet mistake, then I eat to make myself feel better.
Meal 1: full irish breakfast (2 eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomato, toast) coffee
Meal 2: chipotle pork, rice, cheese bowl
Meal 3: chicken tikka masala
Next week I think I need to man up and just eat clean. If I don't make progress on my weight, I won't feel good about myself.
