Felt a little flat this morning, had a late night with a client but managed to keep it to one vodka with soda..so that was good.

After I had breakfast this morning I felt my strength return a bit which was good.

Meal 1: 2 eggs 2 pcs bacon.
Meal 2: Protein pudding

Really looking forward to the workout today - ill be doing this around 5-6pm:

WOD 1
10 rounds of
3 Power Cleans (225/145)
6 HSPU
Notes: PC are touch and go. No re-gripping the bar between reps. Rest as needed between sets.
**15 minute time limit.
WOD 2
1000m Row
100 Doubleunders
** 15 minute time limit.
