Tuesday August 13
Good morning!
Heading off to work shortly, followed by probably some sprints at the gym.
Meal 1: 3/4 cup oatmeal w/ milk, nespresso latte
Meal 2: chicken (+2$ extra) over rice w/ white sauce, small mudtruck latte
Meal 3: chicken tikka massala thing from fairway, beer
Not exactly a spotless day nutritionwise, but way better than some of my binges in previous weeks. Also, cheaper!
workout:
10 minutes sprint intervals on erg
60 off 30 on, 7 intervals
12k steps on my fitbit

Little by little
Side stepped the desire for a big fat bagel with cheese and tomato and had cereal with fruit for breakfast. Just for the record I am down over 10lbs from my high (or should that be low?) mostly from making better choices when I eat and working out regularly. My near term goal is 215lbs currently at 218.

another day
Took the weekend off esentially nutrition wise but maintained the same weight - so no progress but no noticeable retraction either..
had a great workout today
3 rounds for time:
Row 500m
275# deadlift for 12 reps
21 box jumps
completed this in 15min 38sec
Meal 1: two eggs & bacon
Meal 2 : half of a protein bar
Meal 3: Chicken kabob salad
Meal 4: Protein shake
Meal 5: post workout shake
Meal 6: chicken breast with salsa
okay sleepy time!
workout in the AM is going to be rough...
