Well I have worked out everyday this week except Saturday. I've gained a pound and havn't which is just annoying at this point. But to mom's advice i'm going to try to eat healthier portions and start running as well (even if its just 5 min).
To no surprise I ate soooo many unhealthy appetizers but a small dinner portion and went for a light bike ride this morning.
I'm excited to do insanity tomorrow!!
