Heres a little link to get your day going..its about finding work you love through inspiration by setting goals and being intentional about what our plans for bettering ourselves are - he discusses fitness in the beginning and how that the physical self is something that you can control to some extent and through that discipline; can be translated - or transferred to other things with the right mindset - little cliche but I liked it nonetheless

Not bad! He makes an excellent point about being honest with your strengths and desires (problems and needs?)

"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with." Neat!

Didn't get much sleep last night (gotta find a solution for the cat waking me up for food.) But, looking forward to my second day of starting strength.

Meal 1: ramen egg drop soup, oj
Meal 2: muscle milk
Meal 3: chicken parm panini, diet coke (not the healthiest, but I was starving after my workout)

Workout
Squats 105x5x3
Press 85x5x3
Power Clean 45x3x5
